1. 开发多传感器融合(摄像头，激光及微波雷达)，状态参数估计，目标选择跟踪，场景感知等算法

2. 基于测试结果迭代优化以达到实时性能

3. 软件算法用C/C++实现

4. 参与真实道路测试并收集相关数据

5. 分析和评估数据并修正算法缺陷

1. Algorithm
development including: multi-sensor fusion(camera, lidar, and radar),

state/parameter estimation, target
selection and tracking, and other scene perception algorithms

2. Optimize iteratively based on test
results to achieve real-time performence

3. Software algorithm implementation in
C/C++

4. Support on-road testing and data
collection efforts

5. Data analysis to assess and correct
performance deficiencies

任职资格 Qualifications：

1. 数学，计算机，控制理论与工程等相关专业，本科及以上学位

2. 对概率论，状态估计，目标跟踪有较深入的理解

3. 在传感器融合，EKF/UKF, 粒子滤波，数据关联方面有两年以上工作经验

4. 熟练掌握Linux平台下的C/C++开发

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in
mathematics, computer science and control theory and engineering or similar

2. Strong understanding with probability
theory, state/parameter estimation and target tracking

3. 2+ years’ experience with sensor
fusion, EKF/UKF, particle filter, data association

4. Excellent C/C++ development skills on
Linux platform
