职位描述


Job Responsibilities:

  • Business HR will consult and advise BU/SU/Branch on people and organizational issues; Develop and drive local HR initiatives that meet key business needs by working closely with functional HR specialist; Ensure alignment with agreed global, regional, functional and local initiatives.
  • Cover the BU/SU/Branch assigned in daily HR management.


  • Strategic Hiring
  1. Review the business need
  2. Control the headcount using.
  3. Cooperate with TAG team to monitor the hiring status 
  4. Pass the recruiting strategy / needs of respective portfolio to TAG team.


  • Resourcing / Employee Relationship / Risk Control
  1. To provide daily professional HR support/advise to respective BU/SU/Branch, i.e. organization structure, etc.
  2. To co-work with business on the business planning and people planning
  3. To give consultation on specific HR issues, i.e. people issue, organization issue.
  4. To provide professional advise to individual staff, i.e. HR internal/external policies
  5. To develop and coach line mangers’ capability and capacity.
  6. Design and implement HR programs that align / fit with the business vision
  7. Create cross-functional collaboration & organization readiness to accomplish change initiatives & performance results
  8. Develop employee competences with continuous skills & knowledge management; foster achievement / performance recognition programs 
  9. Focus on business line’s leadership development and governance.
  10. Be responsible for the communication on the transfer/assignment/localization cases. Co-work with SS team on the detail formalities, i.e. system update.


  • Talent Management
  1. To follow Group HR’s requirement to identify talent and provide update to China Talent Management Team
  2. To follow Group HR’s requirement on implementation of my voice & 360 report
  3. To follow Group HR’s guideline on e-PM completion tracking.


  • Reward
  1. To follow the on cycle and off cycle review, including performance review, promotion, salary increment, as well as bonus allocation
  2. To work closely with respective Group Business HR on the salary increase and bonus allocation
  3. To provide comments to Reward Team for HR policies’ update


  • Learning & Development
  1. To work with BU/SU/Branch to understand the learning needs.
  2. Follow the guideline for L&D, ensure the communication is smooth with BU/SU/Branch to meet the L&D KPI


  • Shared Service
  1. On daily leave management, be responsible for the communication with staff and the line manager, then provide all materials to SS team (Fesco on-site support) for SSL sending if needed
  2. On certification issuing for individual staff, be responsible for introducing SS team to staff.
  3. On exit formalities, be only responsible for communication with staff and line manager to confirm the last working day and conducting all the exit interviews. Then SS team will be responsible for all the formalities.


                                                                                                                                                                    

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • At least 10 years working experience, including 5 years in management experience
  • Banking knowledge or Financial industry will be a plus
  • Solid knowledge of Chinese Labor Law, local regulations regarding employment issues and related matters
  • Good understanding in compensation & benefit, training, talent development and organization development
  • With strong people skills, good organization and planning skills, and ability to manage more than one task at a time.
  • Positive working attitude, proactive, good communication skills, and a great sense of commitment
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
  • Strong knowledge in computer software
  • HR management experience
