Job Description

• Develop technical information and illustration for:

  - Workshop Manual

  - Owner’s Manual

  - Wiring Diagram

  - Diagnostic Procedure

  - Parts Catalogue

  - Labor time

• Communicate with other branches in different countries (mainly US, Australia, EU) on inter-company technical service information business.

• Communicate with customer to setup technical information authoring guide.

• Consult with subject matter experts to gather product specific information.

• Develop technical illustrations from the client supplied engineering source information
  or marked up photographs/illustrations and guide illustrators on the illustration work.

• Review to check and correct the technical information and illustration.

Qualifications

1. At least 3 years working experience as technician in automotive service station.

2. Familiar with automotive technical information, such as workshop manual, wiring diagram, etc.

3. Experience on the automotive technical information development is preferred.
