工作职责:
1. 根据招聘计划实施社会招聘、校园招聘工作,发布招聘广告、参加招聘会、进行简历筛选、电话邀约、评估候选人并提供初步面试报告、复试的安排等工作;
2、了解各部门的用人需求,与各部门保持密切职位沟通,在规定时间内完成招聘任务;
3、管理、开发、维护、评估招聘渠道,建立人才储备机制,储备公司发展所需要的人才;
4、负责安排入职前录用事宜、薪资谈判等工作;
5、协助优化、完善公司的招聘流程,提出相关的合理化建议,提升招聘有效性。

任职要求:
1. 学历要求:本科及以上学历；
2. 专业要求:人力资源、经济管理、互联网等相关方向；
3. 3年以上人力资源管理工作经验;
4.具有规划、建立、实施企业的职能职级建设,运作企业定岗定级项目者优先;
5.具备良好的人际交往能力、组织协调能力、沟通能力以及解决复杂问题的能力；
6. 职业素养:积极敬业、主动进取、责任感强、正直向上。
