一、促销支持：满足消费者需求为导向，通过物料建立品牌和消费者的沟通：

1. 根据渠道需求，制定每季度campaign促销品开发采买，管理供应商并跟进落地；如礼品、陈列品、助销物线下终端形象店柜台。

2. 线下陈列道具、POSM的开发与管理，店铺陈列标准、方案开发管理。

3. 线上设计审核和管理。

二、预算管理：在预算范围内，合理有效的控制开发制作成本，确保实物有效按时完成。

三、项目拓展：针对不同商业模式，配合开发制定相应的商业环境模式，满足商业和客户的需求，提升品牌形象。

职位要求：

1、展示工业设计等相关专业背景本科及以上学历优先

2、熟悉品牌终端零售店物料、平面、陈列、促销执行运作优先

3、有较强的视觉和时尚敏感度，有TM工作经验优先

4、有较好的创意思维对工作有热情，优秀的组织协调能力及沟通能力

5、有母婴工作敬业者优先，有5年以上品牌工作经验
