Title:   Seating Sales Analysis Manager

Type of Role:  Working level position, individual contributor

Band:   4

Gender:  Masculinity

Reports to:  Sales Director of China Seating

Travel:  Approximately 2 trips per year at 3 days per trip

Location:  Shanghai

Responsibility:

1. Support function head to manage 5 years Long Range Plan(LRP) update and variance analysis on yearly base

2. Support function head to manage yearly budget update and variance analysis

3. Update Lear market share information from each plants sales by yearly base

4. Quarterly tracking Margin improve task status 

5. Weekly tracking China new projects pursuits status and update new award and lost into sales force system

6. Collecting key projects documents into Share Point System

7. Weekly tracking China commercial issue status and report update to function head

8. Collecting each customer annual saving proposal(LTA) and managing internal approve process

9. Support function head to collect other daily base information and update

Requirements:

10. Fluent in English and Chinese

11. Bachelor Degree in Arts (Business, Finance, Ecnomincs)

12. Minimum of eight (8) years working experience at OEMs, or Tier 1

13. Good excel and power point skill

14. Good communication skill
