• Manage regional A&P budget control, application, allocation and checking process;.
• Allocate the East region and cities A&P budget to ensure the promotion activity plan implemented to all cities and confirm the promotion target, prepare, scheduling and execution with all city managers and 3rd party agency;
• Confirm the promotion target, prepare, scheduling and execution with all city managers and 3rd party agency;
• Data analysis support :Sell out target and rolling data, MT channel customer inventory database and East region POD store data;
• Communicate with HQ Trade Marketing team on the A&P management and promotion activities execution and HQ SOP team on standard process and data accruacy;
