Brief Job Description:

Work as part of the Operations Information Technology (IT) Team as the IT lead for the operations site. This includes:

Leading & Managing

Leadership around business processes related to manufacturing, shop floor, end-to-end supply chain in support of Operations
Close relationship with plant leadership in achieving business operation goal
Responsible for site IT infrastructure management including computers, and telecommunications.
Responsible for site DISO, IT "Big Rules" and SOX IT compliance
Responsible for site IT budget (capital and expenses)
Champion changes of IT systems at the site to streamline business and operations processes


Execution
Responsible for all IT infrastructure and support at the site to support the local operation and businesses, including
o The coordination with IT Alliance (CSC) on site IT service support and delivery, and manage the IT service level and performance
o The coordination with AP regional IS and Country IS for leveraged IT infrastructure
o The coordination with IT vendors for service delivery, and service performance
o The site process control / monitoring system, quality systems, and shop floor (as applicable)
o The site applications for end to end Supply Chain
Responsible to work with local business and operations teams to identify IT opportunities, requirements and issues and work with regional operation team for decision and implementation.
Responsible for IT projects implementation and planning in accordance with the growth of the businesses, align with Operations IT Direction and Strategy
Responsible for smooth SAP daily operation, initiating improvement and planning, and ensure it meets site requirement with appropriate resource and schedule.

People / Organization
Develop subordinates (if any) in all IT skills and competency
Responsible for HR processes for site IT members (if any) in consultation with Operations IT Leader

Minimum Skills Required:

University graduate in Information Technology or equivalent discipline
3 years working experience in Information Technology industry
Equip with basic understanding of IT infrastructure management including telecommunication technologies (voice and data).
ERP experience is a must and SAP experience is a plus
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good language skills, both written and oral ((local language and English)
Demonstrate strengths of Getting Results, Meeting Commitments & Problem-Solving skills.
Demonstrate leadership skills
Preference will be given to Green Belt or Black Belt certified candidates. Candidate with Lean Enterprise and Manufacturing knowledge is desirable.
Self-motivate and able to learn rapidly from the work environment and team members.
Knowledge of process control and monitoring system preferable.
