Job Description:

The role encompasses configuring, managing, developing, and updating ERP system locally.

Responsible for business requirements analysis and development of other business applications, Data warehouse, Workflow, etc.
Serve as key conduit between business users for requirements analysis and IT for implementation design.
Leading the business application team to finish the work above timely and efficiently.

Keep close with other key users for smooth business and daily operation or troubleshooting.

Support the superior in liaising with external consultants and experts.

Ensuring system availability and stabilization, including proactive measures taken on one's own authority. If possible, should customize and enhance the performance of ERP systems, with the involvement of the relevant vendor where applicable. Organizing and supervising all users operation of ERP system, including automatic updates and backups, and user support. Execute strictly configure access right, and check periodically.

To support Superior and Finance to implement ERP innovation project which include, but not limited in business requirement collection & investigation, schedule liaison, master data review, configuration testing, documentation, etc.

Analyzing faults in the ERP system; obtaining assistance from the relevant vendor in the case of complex faults. Developing solution strategies, organizing the rectification of faults, where applicable by assigning the task to other internal IT functions or external IT specialists. Isolating and rectifying failure states and developing guidelines for system operation.

The role also includes instructing and training users and/or conducting training courses in cooperation with the users' departments.

Requirement:

Tasks which require bachelor degree or above and at least three years of practical in-company experience (support/implementation/programming) and has basic all-round knowledge of the ERP system as a whole. And would be preferable to implement on one or more ERP projects (incl. core processes) from blueprint to go live.

Good sense of common business process and finance or accounting, e.g., finance, supply chain.

Experienced in business process analysis.

Experienced in certain MS SQL server or Oracle, and with good knowledge of development of reporting tool is preferred.

Good project management and communication skills, with strong ability to present and discuss technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gain understanding.

Strong analytical skill, with good sense of Logical, highly organized and can handle multiple tasks at the same time.

Team player with good interpersonal skill.

Mature, intelligent, energetic & trustworthy.

Hard working and high responsibility in the position.

Proficiency in written & spoken English, and using MS office.
