As a member of the CSM(Customer Success Management) team you will be responsible for the coordination of Korea support and cross-region support resource/schedule. This includes scheduling of workloads, direct travel arrangements including Visa application document preparation. Analyse the operational and financial KPIs and drive regions to meet the target. Follow up the revenue recognition with Finance. Service order and LCDM checklist creation, follow-up on completing, costing and invoicing of service reports, issuing quotations, tracking various performance KPIs including CSM products promotion. Maintain service tools and manage service purchase orders. Meeting organization. OT compensation verification with HR. Support CSM contract preparation and tracking in case of needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Job preparation (Quotation, Release Service Orders; follow up on Parts; tools; etc )
• Operational & Financial KPIs analysis and driving, follow up the revenue recognition with Finance.
• Process service reports and expenses, follow up the invoicing.
• Meeting organization, CSM products promotion tracking and contract preparation
• Manage service purchase orders, service OT compensation verification with HR.

Job Qualifications:

• Mechanical or electrical engineering degree/diploma
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a technical field or environment
• Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, good organizational and time management skills.
• Good Data analysis skills.
• Better to have the technical knowledge of injection molding systems.
• Moderate English skills in Reading, Writing and Speaking
