Key Responsibilities

1.    Support Regional Contract Logistics team of SPNF3 in Asia Pacific;

2.    Early involve in and carryout RFQ, evaluation, price negotiation and support in nomination for Contract Logistics in Asia Pacific;

3.    Acting as Representative to Freight Purchasing Global Contracts Team (SPNF5) in Asia Pacific, and responsible for related RFQs and support in decision making;

4.    Work closely with Global Freight Purchasing Organization, and implement group decisions and strategy;

5.    Support in developing ZF Commodity Freight Purchasing strategy in Asia Pacific;

6.    Support in rollout and implementation of Group Standard Purchasing Procedure in Asia Pacific;

7.    Support Regional Transportation Team in Asia Pacific;

8.    Support in managing and controlling of the Approved Supplier List (ASL), and responsible for supplier performance evaluation and development;

9.    Support in managing and controlling all the Contract Logistics Contracts;

10.  Work closely with Supply Chain Management (SCM) Team for continuous optimization in cost and supply chain; ensure smooth and safe operation;

Basic Requirements

1. Working experience

3+years related experience in Operations, Purchasing, Logistics or Project Management

1. Education      

Bachelor Degree or above

1. English   

Good in written and speaking

1. Computer      

Proficiency in MS Office software

1.    Good understanding of process, production and operations systems, purchasing, and project management;

2.    Good communication skills and ability;

3.    Quick learning capability, and able to be quick and efficient to solve problems;

4.    Good management skill and ability of decision-making;

Our current business operation includes: producing and assembling electrical powered hydraulic steering systems for chassis, actuation, and airbag ECU electronic. We also sell our products and provide after-sale service in the mean time.

An expanded TRW Automotive Components (Shanghai) Co.,Ltd was opened in Wuhan in the year 2011. This new plant formed the footprint for TRW’s continued Braking growth within china. Wuhan plant is located in Wuhan Economic and Technology Development Zone (Zhuankou District), main products included: rear caliper, front caliper, actuator, airbag and seatbelt. First assembly line in Wuhan plant launched in May, 2012, revenue target for 2020 will be 500 million USD.
