The headquarters of DEX is based in Camarillo, California, from where we have addressed the sales needs of our APAC opportunities and customers. We are now extending that sales reach in APAC to include locally based sales & support. DEX specializes in spare parts and repair solutions in the IT, medical and High Tech industries.

The Role Account Manager

Reporting to APAC Director, Shanghai and Sales VP in USA.

Description

The Account Manager is essential to driving the sales of products and spare parts into the DEX vertical markets: Computer, Medical and Wind Energy. Qualified applicant should possess the ability to excel in a fast paced, dynamic team environment. The Account Manager will act as an inside sales professional who possesses the skills, behaviors and drive to generate sales with the given sector. The Account Manager provides expert sourcing of hard -to-find, out of production, or refurbished parts. The Account Manager is responsible for meeting the goals and profit margins set by the company for parts sales.

Key Responsibilities

· Support and develop existing customers in the APAC region

· Work with global teams to support customers requirements

· Target defined market segments to build pipelines of qualified leads

• Achieve Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Revenue targets
• Maintain lead database, build and source lists and leads
• Perform initial lead generation & generate awareness by personal visits, phone & email
• Participate in active marketing campaigns

Skills/Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Sales role
• Knowledge of selling IT products and Services B2B a distinct advantage
• Computer literate
• Ability to develop and present proposals at senior level in customer organizations
• Fluent English and Malay required, Japanese would be a distinct advantage
