Description of job duties:
To provide independent assurance and advisory services designed to add value to and enhance HAPBS's operation. It helps HAPBS accomplish her objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes.
-Prepare & implement annual audit paln for HAPBS.
-Perform continuous assessment of the internal control system of HAPBS,including reviewing its Quarterly Control Checklist.
-Following up audit reports.
-Quarterly reports to Group Internal Audit Manager.
-Conduct special assignments (such as investigation, system review and risk management and other non-operational duties) requested by managements.
Qualifications & work experience:
-Bachelor degree or above with major in Accounting / Auditing.
-8 yesrs or above working experience in accounting / auditing, and 5 years or above working experiences in managing an audit team.
-Integrity: the integrity of Internal Audit Manager(IAM) establishes trust and thus provides the basis for reliance on his/her judgments.
-Objectivity: IAM exhibits the highest level of professional bojectivity in gathering, evaluating, and communicating information about the activity or process being examined.IAM makes abalanced assessment of all the relevant circumstances and are not unduly influenced by their own interests or by others in forming judgements.
-Confidentiality: IAM respect the value and ownership of information they received and do not disclose information without appropriate authority unless there is a legal or professional obligation to do so.
-Communication skill: IAM should master good communication skills to gathering information / evidence from the audited units / employee.
-Willing to share and continue to improve.
-Guide and coach the IA team fellow members.
