Task

1. Work with brand marketing and distributor to ensure that strategies and plans are defined which deliver category growth based on consumer, shopper and customer requirements.

2. Work with distributor to make trade marketing plan including distribution, display, pricing, channel activity and promotions.

3. Work with distributor to track the execution of defined trade marketing plan, enable its implementation and continuously review the effectiveness of our in-store actions.

4. Lead distributor to work on annual marketing budget plan with focus in trade marketing to ensure multifunctional input and alignment to the key growth opportunities and action plans.

5. Conduct frequent market visit to understand shopper insights, turning Shopper Insight into actionable in-store solutions.

6. Monthly sales report and business analysis delivery.

7. Work with Nielson for relevant data analysis.

8. Ad-hoc tasks appointed by line manager.

 

Profiles:

Fluent in both Chinese and English.

Key Experiences: More than 5 years commercial experience, previous experience in infant nutrition category is preferred.

Strong communication and team working skills

Good business analysis skills.

Customer Knowledge (Retail and Distributor).
