主要职责：

1. 日常到访客人的接待，协助公司负责人及所属部门经理做好日常公关协调工作。

2. 公司电话的接听（转接、代接）和记录、转达工作。

3. 公司邮件、邮包的收发及相应费用的结算工作。

4. 公司各类往来文件（电子邮件、传真）的收发、处理和归档。

5. 公司办公环境、家具、装修等的保持、检查、处理。

6. 对保洁、植物株摆租赁等工作的监督和检查。

7. 公司办公用品、日用品的日常管理工作（采购、发放、管理）。

8. 日常的打印、复印以及相关设备的检查。（日后涉及“使用管理”）

9. 公司后勤管理，及各类费用的支付工作，包含：物业费、水电费、停车费、电话费、网费、家政、保洁等；与对应单位，如保洁公司、物业公司、家政公司、电信公司等保持良好的合作和沟通；

10. 公司负责人及部门经理交办的其他工作。
