• 工作职责：

• establish and implement the environment & safety management process and regulation in FDY & DL workshop according to state and local official and Valmet standard. 按照国家，地方政府及Valmet的标准在铸造和烘干线工厂建立和实施HSE管理程序和HSE作业规程

• continue improve process and regulation in mill with following new change & updating related to environment & safety management from local and state.  跟踪国家及地方涉及生产企业的环境及安全法规的更新，持续完善工厂管理制度

• Identify potential risk of HSE in FDY & DL workshop. Making annual control plan & training plan to ensure that the risks are fully recognized and operators have HSE required competence.识别铸造及烘缸线可能的环境及安全风险，制定年度控制计划及培训计划。确保工厂的风险得到充分识别，员工有足够的HSE能力。

• In charge of continue improvement about 5S and visual management. 负责铸造和烘干线工厂的现场5S提升，目视化管理。

• Participating risk assessment of hazards & safety when update or applying new equipment and new facilities.    参与铸造工厂的设备，设施更新时的安全及环境的风险评估。

• Organize internal HSE inspection according to annual control plan and do effective follow-up, provide assistant and suggestion to corrective actions and keep internal smooth communication.依据控制计划，实施日常HSE检查，整改工作,保持顺畅的内部沟通。

• Joint work with HSE department .对接HSE部门，参与HSE部门组织的HSE工作.

• In charge of the firefighting management, safety construction and incident investigation. 做好消防管理、施工安全、事故调查处理等工作

• collect HSE data monthly and make a detail analysis to provide improvement proposal.与相关部门保持沟通，收集HSE数据并进行分析，提出改善建议。

• Cooperate with internal clinic to perform occupational health management, implement routine monitor and supervision. 同内部医务室共同做好职业健康管理，实施定期的检查和监督。

• Assist to perform HSE visual management of workshop and update related HSE signs in workshop timely.协助做好HSE目视化管理并及时更新车间的HSE标识。

• Finish other tasks assigned by the superior

  负责完成上级领导交办的其他各项任务

• Have awareness of ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 system..

• Engage in quality & safety management and support work of heavy machine product

任职要求

• College or above 大专及以上

• One to three years working experience1至3年工作经验

• Excellent computer skill. 能熟练使用电脑进行日常工作

• Major in safety & environment or related mechanical and electrical engineering.主修安全 环境工程或相关的机械或电气工程

• Familiar with machining production locale and equipment熟悉机械行业生产现场和设备。
