工作职责:

1.Manage localization workflow and processes

2.Partner with localization stakeholders and regions to evolve the workflow and processes to be efficient and scalable

3.Lead and manage end-to-end localization projects, working closely with product management, development, cross-functional partners and external vendors

4.Evangelize best practices to developers and key stakeholders

5.Develop project plans, managing time, budget, resources and quality control

6.Provide project specific education and coaching to localization testers and training content developers

7.Analyze localization project risk, and define mitigation actions of identified risks

8.Generate quarterly reports on localization usage, needs, and recommendations

9.Develop feedback loops for localization improvement

Manage multiple projects and priorities

任职资格:

1. Bachelor

s degree in business, technology, translation or relevant field of study

2. 5+ years of experience in progressively complex roles in program/project management related to globalization and/or localization

3. Experience with the end-to-end lifecycle of localization and translation

4. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with technical and non-technical teams across multiple businesses; written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills

5. Proven abilities to be self-starter and pro-active

6. Proven abilities in project planning, resource and risk management

7. Track record of effectively managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

8. Proven success in partnering with local and remote teams
