To focus on the customer complaint and ensure that the problems from customer complaint can be effectively solved in time and drive further continuous improvement, and ensure product and process quality aspects for the site are fulfilled in order to Improve customer satisfaction

Position Responsibilities: (Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.)

1. Performing RCA and work out a solution for customer complaint to effectively solve the customer issues in time

2. Creation of workaround as solutions for the customer issues and informing the customer about released solution and about the current status of request processing/ troubleshooting.

3. Development of “work a rounds” for customer problems, entering field defects into the defect database, entering inputs into the input database.

4. Ensure the quality needs are met through such techniques as data collection / analysis, benchmarking, auditing.

5. Also helps resolve product, process and systems problems by the used of formalized problem solving techniques.

6. Works with other departments to ensure that appropriate product quality standards are met and maintained and improved.

7. Work with other departments, assist in the implementation of continuous improvement teams in order to improve customer satisfaction.
