Blizzard China is looking for an experienced, motivated and highly organized professional to join us as Licensing Manager focused on Asia Pacific markets. This person will help strengthen and extend the Blizzard Entertainment, Warcraft, StarCraft, Diablo, and Battle.net brands across China & Asia; and support all potential and existing licenses by serving as the primary liaison and managing the day-to-day relationships with all regional licensees in addition to supporting global licensing partners. Responsibilities

• Gather and synthesize relevant data, lead analysis, and develop recommendations on licensing priorities.
• Ensure the execution of contracts and track partner contractual compliance.
• Work closely with internal departments such as finance, marketing, and technical teams to support business strategies.
• Serve as the primary liaison and manager of day-to-day relationships between Blizzard and all its potential and existing regional licensees in addition to supporting global licensing partners.
• Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and legal review of potential new licensing opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Ensure cohesive support for licensed products by working closely with various internal departments such as: marketing, legal, quality assurance, production, public relations, web, and creative services.
• Negotiate and review business terms and licensing contracts.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years work experience in licensing/product-management in the entertainment or online industry; a minimum of 2 years at a manager or leadership level
• Strong networking skills, and the ability to work within a diverse and fast paced international environment
• Solid negotiating skills and ability to close deals
• Able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Able to work independently and in a team environment with various internal organizations
• Strong communication and presentation skills; fluent in both Mandarin and English
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field

• Experience in the video games industry
• Passion for MMORPGs and in-depth knowledge of Blizzard Entertainment games
• International business experience
