岗位职责：

1、协助项目经理，负责客户项目集交付，达成项目目标；

2、具备较好的集成项目管理专业技能以及职业素养；

3、能结合项目建设成熟度要求完善项目管理流程，并协助制定项目管理规范和建设标准；

4、管理项目过程，并就项目中所出现的问题以及风险等能够得到有效的处理和规避；

5、根据公司项目进程，协调项目相关资源并落实，同时反馈项目推进情况；

6、保持良好的项目沟通，定期同步反馈项目状态；

7、管理和协调外部采购供应商，供应商调研等工作；

任职要求：

1、全日制本科及以上学历

2、具有较强的沟通与协调能力，能灵活处理领导、同事、客户、厂商多方面关系；

3、有一定的开发基础，能同时跟进一个或者多个项目，有智慧园区项目经验尤佳；

4、熟练使用office办公软件，具备项目管理经验者优先、有PMP，ACP，Prince2认证优先考虑。
