Position Overview: 　

    

Responsible for leading cross functional team or assisting procurement person on sourcing initiatives as directed. Lead and assure technical discussion, cost control, supplier performance reviews, ontime delivery of materials and services. Cowork with user team (such as, FAC, IT, Engineering, MC, etc) and Quality team for project, new material and supplier brings up. Understand FAC, IT , equipment parts, material manufacturing process, breakdown cost, analyze feasibility of saving by process improvement and negotiate material pricing down. Sign supplier contracts and manage projects to ensure company pays the right price for every purchased items.

    

    

Responsibilities: 　

    

1.Track personal KPI to ensure it meet target in department planning. Work with cross functional team to improve all indicator.

    

2.PO fulfillment--Meeting internal quality, lead-time and delivery requirements is essential. 

    

3.Understand, communicate and execute whole purchasing activity based on internal customer demand. Manage supply risk and any change in owned suppliers.

    

4.Lead sourcing, business negotiation of FAC, IT, production line tools/parts related projects.

    

5.Lead sourcing, RFP/RFQ, specification discussion, tracking material qualification, leading supplier evaluation and quality audit. Manage TQRDCEB performance and work with cross functional team for QBR. Maintain supplier management and improve it based on ISO requirement. 

    

6.Evaluating supplier quotation, analyze price break-down, tabulated in commercial analysis and found cost down feasibility.

    

7.Lead cross functional team to solve quality issue and expediting vendor response for any technical clarification, 2nd source project as leader role.

    

8.Drive supplier competencies, capabilities development and manage technology roadmap to meet supply chain needs in time. 

    

    

Experience & Skill:

    

1.More than 3~5 years of relevant working experience in procurement engineer. Bachelor degree in electric or polymer chemistry, engineering are preferred. Semiconduct experience is a plus.

    

2.Good knowledge of procurement methods and procedures is essential to ensure compliance with the company’s procedure.

    

3. Related experience in commodity of FAC, IT, Chemicals, Equipment spare parts, etc.

    

4.Strong negotiation skills with suppliers to ensure meeting aggressive target prices, terms and conditions. Good for contract writing.

    

5.Demonstration ability to maintain effective working relations as a team member.

    

6.Effective communication skills and confidence when dealing internally and externally. 

    

7.Able to work under tighten deadlines, high pressure and handle multiple activities 

    

8.Good oral and writing in English.
