Job Scope

To support the research of technology development in surfactant, formulation, a polymer as well as an exploration of downstream applications.

To conduct experiments and record results sufficiently and be able to analyze those results to gain the right conclusions.

To develop laboratory testing protocols & formulation, be able to prepare written procedures/documents for what had been developed.

To lead sub-projects or small research topics to generate relevant experimental results.

To implement, follow and enforce Environment, Health and Safety guidelines (EHS) for all activities and comply with roles for proper housekeeping, common equipment maintenance, etc.

Qualification

Bachelor with 2 years working experience, M.Sc, equivalent or higher degree in Physical Chemistry, Material Science or similar disciplines

Good team player and “can-do” attitude

Candidate with experience in surfactants, emulsion, colloid science or polymers is advantageous

Experience in analytical techniques (NMR, HPLC, GC, MS, IR,  etc) is preferred.

Good communication skills in Chinese with acceptable English communication.
