Responsibilities:

Lead Pizza Hut Delivery digital and CRM:

- Lead the Pizza Hut delivery (外送) CRM innovation including new user recruitment, current user frequency and retention rate enhancement and work out effective mechanics to increase the consumption with CRM sales growth, engagement with field to drive execution excellence.

- Deliver the Pizza Hut Delivery (外送) digital innovation, including financial planning for each digital initiatives and campaigns, We-chat management, and engagement with field to drive execution excellence.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above

- Marketing experience esp. consumer products innovation and/or food service industry in MNC

- Solid experience on digital and CRM marketing

- Work with passion, be independent and proactive, positive and open-minded

- Good project management skill as a team player and customer mania

- Good interpersonal and analytical planning

- Good communication, influence, negotiation and presentation skills

- Wide and profound office knowledge

- Command English and Microsoft Office application skill
