职位描述

SUMMARY/SCOPE OF POSITION:
This position requires an individual with strong sales/marketing experiences and good understanding of the
distribution businesses in control & power component market in China, in order to develop and implement effective
channel policy and programs to help both RA and distributors to grow their businesses.
He/She is responsible for component distribution development and management, resulting in sustained and
accelerated component sales growth in target market segments.
Collaborate and work with China Regional Sales Managers, Branch Managers & Regional Channel Sales Managers to
achieve the component sales target.
Work with China / AP Logistics and component distributors to improve inventory management system and delivery
mechanisms with an aim to meet / exceed customers' expectation on delivery and supply chain services.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Lead the development and implementation of China Component Distribution Strategy / Model.
2. Responsible for driving accelerated distributor development and hence sales growth.
3. Responsible for ensuring consistent distribution policy and programs implementation in China.
4. Lead & manage (future) component channel team (regional channel managers/commercial engineers) to support
distributors and RA sales to drive accelerated sales growth in target market segments.
5. Work with and support Greater China Market Access Manager and Regional Sales Managers to manage and balance
the development and positioning between the IA Channels and Component Channels.
6. Regularly review, revise, update and enforce related component channel policy.
7. Work with Sales Managers / Channel Sales Managers to develop Annual Business Plan for component channels and
conduct quarterly channel performance review and revised implementation plan.
8. Develop and implement Channel Programs to support Component Channels to grow the business according to their
annual business plan.
9. Work with Sales Managers / Channel Sales Managers to update/revise component distribution mapping, for all
focused Trading Areas regularly.
10. Plan and manage annual component channel development & management budget and resources.
11. Ensure component channels thorough familiarity with policies and procedures relating to standards of business conduct and the importance of full compliance with the contents and spirit of such policies and procedures.
12. Assist in the evolution of our existing channel model and channel management system to ensure that our
component channels are fully engaged in implementing new technology to maximize sales and profits while reducing
total
transactional costs.
13. Communicate component channels' inputs, concerns and recommendations to RA Management.
Qualifications:

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
1. Rich and broad sales / marketing knowledge and experiences in industry automation market in China, esp.
control & power component products.
2. Good understanding component distribution business in industry automation market in China.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills with people from different backgrounds, levels and regions.
4. Strong coordination and teaming capability to work effectively with both internal colleagues and channel
partners.
5. Good leadership and management skills.
6. Good and all-round capability in both English and Chinese

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree in Automation, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- MBA is preferred.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
At least 8 years of working experience in sales / marketing position in industry automation market in China, with solid knowledge on control and power component products and market in China.
- At least 5 years of related working experiences in component distribution development / management in industrial automation market in China.
