岗位职责：

1. 负责项目现场激光焊接系统的安装和调试；

2. 负责对客户进行相关专业知识培训和操作培训；

3. 负责激光焊接工艺和焊接参数的优化，保证提供客户满意的产品；

4. 负责对新员工的专业培训。

岗位要求：

1. 本科以上学历，激光焊接相关专业；

2. 具有三年以上工作经验，能完成成套设备的系统设计和安装；

3. 熟悉 AUTOCAD 制图、机器人和激光的实践理论知识；

4. 熟悉激光器的使用；

5. 相关电气的实践理论知识；
6. 英语熟练，德语优先
7. 有激光焊接工艺经验/参与焊接项目经验优先；
8. 动手能力强，具有钻研精神；
9. 工作有责任心，具有团队协作精神和敬业精神；

Responsibilities:
· Responsible for installation and commissioning of laser welding system
· Conduct customer training for laser welding expertise and operations
· Optimize laser welding process and parameter setting, ensure customer satisfaction
· Conduct new employee training for laser welding expertise and operations
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or above; Major in laser welding or related
· Minimum 3 years working experience; able to work independently both for design and installation
· Familiar with AUTOCAD, robotics, practical laser experiences
· Familiar with use of laser devices
· Electrical related knowledge
· Good English skills in spoken and written; German is a plus
· Preferable with laser welding experiences or welding project experiences
· Strong practical and learning ability
· Self-motivated, dedicated, good team player and can work under pressure
