Provide overall sales, operation and admin efficiently and effectively, including but not limit to:

1. Take care BD team seeding and all the orders from all channels

2. Assist in dealing with daily issues for Online channel and offline channel sales and products record, arrange delivery, GWP arrangement, new store update and other operational works

3. ERP system mgt & type-in, set up and perfect internal database system & report system,

4. Monthly sales report and data analysis .

5. Take care of general office affairs, asset management and interior support

6. Document management

7. In charge of office products stock and inventory, prepare products and gifts, and make paper record to track stock out, office VM

8. Support other teams in office if needed

KEY COMPETENCES & SKILLS

Requirements:

· 1-2years working experience as sales assistant in FMCG industry

· Result-orientation, able to deliver high quality result during daily work

· Strong responsibility sense and positive working attitude

· Fluent written and reading English skills. Good oral English is a plus.

· Solid Micro-soft skills is a plus
