岗位职责

1、分析招聘需求，独立开展招聘各项工作，按时完成招聘目标，完成率不低于90%；

2、负责完善企业招聘制度、招聘体系及招聘流程，建立和管理公司人才资料库；

3、负责做好周、月度的招聘统计报表分析工作，制定招聘计划，优化招聘流程，缩短招聘周期，提高招聘效率；

4、分析、选择、维护各类招聘渠道，并与外部招聘服务机构形成紧密的合作关系，满足公司的人才需求；

5、对接各部门负责人，撰写岗位职责，简历筛选、电话邀约、面试、谈offer、入职跟踪等工作执行；

6、除招聘外，熟悉1-2个其它人事模块，能够完成员工入离职、五险一金、劳动合同等其他工作；

7、其他主管交办的事务性工作。

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历；

2、三年以上同等岗位经验，熟悉医疗临床岗位招聘渠道，有医疗机构、互联网行业的招聘经验；

3、熟悉人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程，熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策，并能独立操作运用；

4、有开拓精神，有较强的沟通协调及语言表达能力

5、具有良好的职业道德，踏实稳重，亲和力强、工作细心、有团队合作精神。

ChingHo (Shanghai) clinic is located at the core of Shanghai. The clinic has set up Dermatology, Medical Aesthetics, Dentistry, TCM, General Medicine, Internal Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics, Imaging, Medicine laboratory, Digital imaging center and other departments.We are equipped with advanced diagnostic equipments including GE CT, X-ray, Ultrasound, CEREC and laminar flow operating room.At the same time, we also provide commercial insurance settlement and medical services in Chinese, English, French, Japanese and Korean.
