Accountant
Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
1：Daily Accounting & Cash /bank account related operation
2： Tax declaration and invoice printing
3： Treasury system operation
4： Coordinate with other department for import & export issues
5： Company certificates renew and yearly inspection
6： Take care of fixed assets management
7： Company assets stock taking
8： Help to prepare the statistics reports for government requirements
9： Prepare for annual auditing and other internal/external auditing
10： Communicate with local government, banks and related administration department to make sure company comply with government regulations.
Education and Experience
1： Bachelor degree or above in finance related or equivalent
2： Knowledge of tax/treasury software applications and experiences on banking/finance /tax function
3： Good computer applications skill and fluent English
4： Minimum of 2 years finance experience in a foreign manufacturing company

职位描述:
职责：
1、制定基本的财务管理制度及会计核算流程，优化财务核算流程
2、处理日常的会计核算工作，协调处理好各主面的帐务工作
3、审核公司所有费用开支，加强日常费用管理和成本控制
4、及时的进行存货核算，正确结转成本，定期核对库存管理情况；不定期组织存货盘点，保证账实相符。
5、日常账务处理；定期检查公司库存现金和银行存款是否帐实相符
6、编制和审核会计报表、及时准确的提供会计核算资料
7、按时完成税务申报以及年度审计工作
8、定期进行财务分析，提交财务分析报告，为公司经营提供决策依据
9、与财政、税务、银行等相关政府部门建立并保持良好关系
10、其他
要求：
1、财会专业全日制本科以上学历，有中级会计证优先考虑
2、3年以上财务工作经验，具备丰富的会计经验/或2年以上欧美企业财务工作经验
3、熟悉进出口单据操作、出口退税流程、外汇核销等工作
4、熟练运用财务管理软件，如用友的ERP软件；能熟练应用Excel
5、有良好的沟通协调能力，能独立开展工作
6、有高度的职业道德和责任心；工作踏实、认真、敬业
7： 良好的英语口语及书面表达能力
