电话销售作为销售团队的重要成员，通过外呼的方式主动寻找潜在客户,并及时与销售顾问反馈客户需求，以保证客户需求得到满足，同时与重要客户保持高效沟通，耐心解答客户疑问提升客户满意度。

Telesales, as an important part of sales team, make calls to find potential clients, timely deliver feedback of client’s demands to ensure their needs are met, maintain efficient communication with key clients, patiently answer their inquiries and enhance client satisfaction.

Key Duties and Responsibilities岗位职责:
1、通过电话进行产品销售，与销售顾问合作完成销售指标，满足客户需求；

Work with sales consultants to achieve sales targets by making calls to potential clients and meet their demands;
2、利用公司资源，通过电话沟通了解客户需求, 寻求销售机会并完成销售业绩；

Understand client needs through telephone communication, seek sales opportunities and achieve sales targets;
3、开发新客户，拓展和维护与老客户的业务，保持与重要客户的高效沟通；

建立和维护客户档案；

Develop new clients, expand and maintain business with existing clients, keep efficient communication with key clients; establish and maintain client files;
4、收集和分析市场数据，并定期反馈最新信息；

Collect and analyze marketing data and update the latest information.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities岗位要求:
1、全日制本科学历，计算机软件、市场营销、人力资源等相关专业；

Bachelor degree, major in computer software/marketing / Human Resource preferred
2、2年以上销售工作经验，有电话销售、呼叫中心工作经验或咨询公司电话销售经历者优先；

A minimum of two (2) years sales work experience, telesales, call center experience in consulting firm preferred
3、具备出色的电话沟通技巧、表达技巧和销售技巧，普通话标准流利；

Excellent telephone communication skills, good presentation and sales ability; standard and fluent Mandarin

4、英文听说读写熟练

Good English oral and written communication skills
5、较高的客户开拓能力和客户关系管理能力；

Strong drive for and focus on results and performance; have good customer development and relationship management capabilities
6、富有良好的团队合作意识，有快速的学习能力，良好的协调能力；

Ability to work with and on a team .Willingness to learn .Solid organization and coordination capacity
7、喜欢电话销售工作，成承受较大压力的工作，良好的情绪控制能力；　

Have passion in telesales work, willing to work under pressure, good emotional control capacity
8、熟练使用各种计算机应用软件及办公设备；

Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office
9、工作积极主动并喜欢接受挑战；

Demonstrate a positive attitude, take initiative, goal-oriented, undeterred by obstacles, like to meet challenges.
