工作职责:

Play vital role within diagnostics - Help potential customer better understand product features & benefits and service to their particular needs, which make difference among competition.

1. Defining the customer sales strategy and aligning potential customers in target hospitals

了解客户战略，确定目标客户

2. Creates the yearly sales plan, with help of sales management, to set targets and to plan actions and MarCom deliverables.

制定全年销售计划。

3. Creates, together with the internal order desk, of optimal offers to the accounts. Initializes customer tailored sales actions and supporting national sales actions.

与订单管理部门一起跟踪客户订单需求

4. Design, develop and ensure the quality of all customer processes and proactively develop customer support infrastructure in your regions of responsibility, develop and implement customer supports guidelines and procedures.

制定客户管理、满意度方案，制定客服规则

5. Reports regularly on sales results and expectations, market and competition and trends to inform about the situation.

销售情况总结汇报

6. Utilizing local knowledge of the diagnostics market in setting sales goals and targets according to the company

s management directions.

任职资格:

Bachelor degree or above

本科以上学历

Minimum 3 years working experience in Sales/Marketing

3年以上销售、市场经验

Pharm/ IVD / big healthcare Knowledge

制药、体外诊断、或大健康行业经验

Solid experience of commercial sales projects management especially with hospitals;

丰富的和小三甲、二甲医院合作的销售项目经验

Able to influence customers in a way to have a positive attitude towards WXDX product

优秀的沟通能力和客户影响力

Proactive problem solver and good team player
