岗位职责：

1、前期化妆品市场调研，分析中国市场特点并形成定期新品报告；

2、对公司未来开发产品计划提供建设性意见；

3、协同市场部和开发部完成新产品包装策划、创意，并最终形成设计方案（结构及外观）；

4、新产品模型设计执行；

5、对公司现有产品包装/工艺持续改版优化；

6、公司其他平面设计工作，包括产品宣传册，样品室，展柜等；

7、定期走访客户，了解客户需求并转换成内部工作需求；

8、协调公司内部资源，完成市场部的相关设计工作需求；

9、管控外部公司（设计类公司）完成市场部相关设计工作需求，协调并优化设计资源；

10、与客户保持良好沟通，定期进行公司新品推荐，并跟踪落实新品开发；

任职要求：

1、大专以上学历，服务过化妆品行业，2-5年工作经验；

2、工业设计、平面设计或相关专业，具备包装设计的经验；

3、熟悉包装结构设计及印刷知识；熟悉包装常用材料，表面工艺及成型工艺；

4、熟练运用设计软件(如Illustrator, Photoshop等) ；

5、逻辑思维清晰，具有创新精神，沟通积极，责任心强，按时完成上级交代的工作；

6、文字理解能力强，有出众的审美观，对颜色构图懂得合理把握；

7、面试时请附带个人作品。

Established in 2002, Shanghai Yingshuo Group have been in the business of manufacturing cosmetic packaging materials for around 18 years. Our facility comprises of 60,000 square meters in total manufacturing area. We had around a thousand workers on site. Our state-of-the-art equipment and facility include mold design and manufacturing, injection, one-step or two-step injection blow molding, extrusion blow molding, in-house spray coating and vacuum plating facilities.
