Facilities (Electric Substations, Air compressors, Chillers, Air conditioning, Firefighting system, Buildings…) 

• Do regular inspections and maintenance tasks, deal with daily upkeep 进行日常检查和维护、修理工作
• 24hours on call and emergency response if facility malfunction or downtime happened in the midnight 保持电话24小时开机，应急到现场处理，在半夜发生的设施故障或停机
• Ensure that regular maintenance is well done and on time according to overall plan in the Andon system 确保按照年度计划，做好设施定期维护
• Review all the works by subcontractor to realize safety and quality  target 监督所有承包商的工作，确保安全和质量达标
• Be responsible for production line relocation or creation on air, water, electrical, nitrogen gas and exhaust supply 负责产线搬迁或新建
• Work together with ACI/ACW facility team in the Campus 与园区内其它工厂人员的合作
• Be dedicate to continuous improvement, but not limited like energy saving, procedure improvement and cost saving 致力于持续改进，并不限于能源节省，流程改进和成本降低
• Take lead special equipment license, gauge meter and relief valve renew 特种设备相关证件和强检仪表、安全附件的校验更新
• In charge of spare parts management and document management 备件管理和文件存档
• Support all the internal or external audit like ISO14001, ISO9001 and ISO16949 参与并支持内、外部审核
• Support facility team on expenditure or capex control 参与设施费用和预算控制
• Renovation or construction project support 参与或支持装修或建设项目
• Willing to overtime not only in the working day but also in the weekend 愿意在工作日或双休日加班
• Report to his leader all changes in operating procedures 工作的及时汇报
• Operate if needed the high and low voltage switch-gears in electrical sub-stations 按需进行供电线路高、低压切换
• Follow other tasks assigned by leader 执行其它Leader安排的工作

Safety

• Ensure all mandatory safety equipments are in place and ready to run (ie: electrical safety devices…) 确保所有安全设备有序存放并维持随时可使用状态
• In partnership with the safety officer, ensure facilities sub-contractors respect the safety rules 协助安全官员参与制定针对外包供应商的安全规则
