1.分析部门内部的培训需求，设计并安排培训课程，领导并开展一般的软性技能，提升现有员工销售及产品技能。

Analyze training needs inside the departments, design and arrange the training lectures, lead and execute the learning of norman software skills, promote the sales and product skills of existing employees

2.为中级的管理员工提供管理培训，包括：人员管理，员工激励，团队士气建立，时间管理，危机处理等。

Provide management training to medium management stuff, including personnel management, employee activation, nurture of team morale, time management, crisis management, etc.

3.了解公司未来的发展规划，并为尽可能为员工提供必需的发展培训。

Know about the future development planning of the company, provide as much necessary developmental training as possible to the employees

4.在公司中创造学习的文化氛围。

Foster good atmosphere for employees to learn more

5.计划，组织并实施员工的职业发展计划。

Plan, organize and execute the professional development planning of employees

6.维护并更新所有的员工培训记录。

Maintain and renew the training records of all employees

7. 对培训的有效性进行评估。

任职要求：

五年以上培训工作经验，其中两年为主管经验。

at least 5 years' experience in training, two of which should be experience in management

有三年以上保险行业经验。

At least 3 years' experience in insurance

具备良好沟通技巧及良好的人际关系，能有效对员工进行培训。

Good communication skills and interpersonal relationshio, be able to train employees

优秀的演讲能力和培训技巧，有效训练电话营销人员以达到质量要求。

Good speech and training skills; train effectively telephone marketing stuff as required
