Supervisor: Head of Early Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests
• Ensure there is enough stationery and topping up stock in the kitchen
• Answer phone calls in a friendly and proficient manner
• Appropriately handle or refer questions and requests
• Direct or escort guests to specific locations within the building. Assist visitors when leaving the college (arrange taxis)
• Receive and distribute incoming mail and record all outgoing mail including special deliveries. Organize the bookings of couriers when needed
• General administrative tasks
• Manage lost and found
• Ensure that the reception desk runs smoothly and efficiently all day, every day.
• Ensure a seamless delivery of reception service
• Carry out any other duties and tasks required by management, which are within the post-holder’s capabilities.
