General Job Description

The business analyst’s role is responsible for administrating and maintaining company core ERP/CRM system .

业务分析师的角色主要负责维护和管理公司的核心ERP/CRM系统

This includes requirement analysis, deployment, configuration, patch releases upgrade and a day-to-day management for the existing application modules and new application module implementation as well as daily end user support and training. He / She is required to work extensively with Sales, Contract / Order Management, Accounting, Sales, Service, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Human Resource and Marketing Departments to evaluate business requirements and plan patch releases to meet those requirements. Provide monthly and daily reports to departments as needed, both ad-hoc or periodically.

该职位需要进行业务需求分析，部署，配置，并且为最终用户提供必要的培训和支持。该职务会接触到销售，订单管理，财务，供应链，采购，人事以及市场营销部门，并都这些部门提出的定制化需求进行评估并开发。为这些部门提供日报，月报，临时或者定期性的报告。

Major Duties and Responsibilities

主要职责如下

1、Daily maintenance  and support on company core ERP system ;

公司核心ERP的日常维护与支持

2、Collaborate  with business users and vendors to evaluate, develop, verify and deploy  system enhancements and new features;

通过与业务用户和供应商协作，评估，研发，验证并部署系统新功能与改进

3、Conduct impact assessment for system requested enhancements by highlighting cross-departments dependencies as well as limitations, if any;

通过强调和理解跨部门之间的依赖关系，组织与安排系统增强和改进对跨部门产生影响的评估

4、Prepare users for system use by designing and conducting training programs and reference materials; supports user requests for assistance with system;

安排用户培训，提供培训材料，为用户提系统方面的支持

5、Define  system and operational work process and procedures; ensure system security by restricting access, establishing disaster recovery procedures, completing backups and monitoring usage;

定义系统工作和操作流程与步骤，以权限设定确保系统安全，建立故障恢复步骤，完成备份和监管系统的使用

6、Gather business requirements and develop implementation plan for future integrated software which is obtained to meet business user requirements or company needs;

收集业务需求，改进反映未来公司业务与需求的实施计划

7、Escalate multiple or conflicting demands or requirements for prioritization;

将有冲突的业务需求作优先级整理，或者提交管理层进行处理

8、Propose recommendations for the rationalization of ERP System or process, and help business departments to achieve best working mode for Galeries Lafayette;

提交ERP系统或者流程优化建议，帮助老佛爷的业务部门达到最优的工作模式

9、Oversee projects related to all systems including, but not limited to ERP and CRM products;

涉及其他业务系统的全球项目，不局限于ERP和CRM

10、Cooperate within Steering Committee to implement ERP/CRM Project for Galeries Lafayette;

与项目指导委员会协作共同完成实施老佛爷ERP/CRM项目

Qualification for the Job

1、Bachelor degree on computer sciences or business administration;

计算机本科学位或企业经营管理

2、3 to 5 years’ experience in a business attached IT environment

3到5年与IT相关的企业经验

3、Experience with project management methodology

拥有项目管理与研究方法的经验

4、Experience with work process in retailing, trading company or import / export business

拥有零售，贸易或者进出口企业的业务流程的经验

5、Experience with new ERP project implementation or related project deployment;

拥有新ERP项目的实施或者相关项目部署的经验

6、Knowledge of ERP implementation and software testing;

拥有ERP实施与软件测试的经验

7、Proven ability to maintain the confidentiality of business related information;

维护敏感业务信息的能力

8、Highly organized, accurate and precise in work functions;

在业务功能方面体现出有组织的，精确的，严格的特质

9、Good written Chinese and English, be presentable;

良好的中英文写作能力

10、Team Player
