· Manage all client projects from brief through to delivery ensuring final materials are on time and of the highest quality

负责所有客户项目，从 brief开始直至项目结束，确保按时高质交付。

· Provide agendas and detailed contact report following all client meetings (face to face and phone calls)

根据客户会议（面对面或者电话会议）安排日程及提供相应合同、报告细节。

· Co-ordinate between all relevant parties, where necessary to ensure things get done

协调各个方面，确保项目顺利进行。

· Where project managers/producers are involved, take responsibility for ongoing communication, tracking project progress and status vs schedule, timings, delays etc

有制片需要介入的项目，负责持续沟通，跟踪项目进程，更新状态及把控进度，避免延迟。

· Provide administrative support to team as required

必要的时候提供行政类工作支持

Job requirements 任职要求:

· 3-5 years managing and servicing international accounts

3-5年负责国际大客户的经验

· Strong time management/prioritisation skills

较强的时间管理及资源分配能力

· Strong project management skills

较强的项目管理能力

· Must possess good verbal/written skills both in English and Chinese
