工作职责：1、负责管理实验室.2:负责生物制品相关项目的生化检测，及时出具报告；3、负责生物制品原液和成品相关项目的稳定性考核；4、负责安排和准备各种生物试剂和稀释液等；任职资格：1、生物技术、生物工程、化学、药学等相关专业，博士学历；2、具有生物制药企业生化检验工作经历2年，有实验开发经历者优先；3、熟练掌握各类生化仪器及实验方法的操作；4、熟悉质量管理体系及QC的工作流程；5、熟悉无菌，微生物检查等实验操作的优先；

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual as a founding member of Asia Headquarter to help launch the new Extracellular Flux Analyzer in Asia. This is a full-time position that involves 60% of lab operation and 40% of sales support.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Biology lab operation (60%)

In this position, your responsibility will be to operate and manage the biology lab at Seahorse Asia Headquarter. This includes tasks related to trainings, demonstrations, courses, collaborations, tech trials, product validation and application development such as

· Design and carry out cell-base assays using XF instruments.

· Responsible for all cell lines and cell-cultures.

· In charge of ordering, maintaining supplies and inventories.

· Supervise/assist visiting scientists, students, post docs, customers and visitors to the lab.

2. Administrative and Sales support (40%)

· Schedule logistics for demos, training, and meetings.

· General office administration and support (shipping, supplies, copying, printing, drafting messages, etc).

· Support presales activities, such as scheduling presale seminars, booth duty at meetings.

Job Requirements:

· An PHD degree in Biological science with 1-2 years of hands-on laboratory research experience.

· Proven knowledge and experience with cell biology techniques including cell culture and microscopy.

· Strong communication in Chinese and English, computer and record-keeping skills.

· Must enjoy working in a dynamic, team-oriented office within a global company environment.
