Position Overview:　
1. Take charge of CCC/Automotive new product introduction and correlation to meet biz demand.
2. Support China local customer engineering evaluation and application with CCC China FAE/CQE team
3. Test program development,debug and evaluation for mass production throughput/quality improvement and cost reduction.
4. Line abnomity issue handling, analysis and hold lots disposition.
5. Define product testing working instruction, SOP, and testing flow and meet quality systems requirement.
6. Support the supervisor to finish department KPI.


Responsibilities:　
Primary (70%):
1.CCC/Automtive new products introduction and correlation.
2.Final test yield improvement,EOQC PPM reduction and test effeciency improvement for cost reduction.
3.Test program development, buyoff, correlation、control and release;
4.Mass Production support for line product abnormal issue analysis and disposition.
5.Well communicate with internal/external stakeholder;

Secondary (30%):
1. Regular technical reporting, engineering analysis and study.
2. Co-work with internal staff for continuous improvement for throughtput,quality and cost.
3. Internal technical trainee for OSC staff.



Requirements:　
1. Bachelor or above, major in electronics and electrical engineering.
2. Familiar with QC tools, SPC, FEMA, PPAP.
3. Work year requirement is over 3 year and/or above having Product transfer, IC packing or testing experience or Quality management.
4. Require strong responsibility, learn ability and well team work.
5. Fluent oral and written English.
6. Good communication skill.
