Position Overview:　
Develop,manage and coordinate suppliers to meet company's goals in regards to quality, delivery and cost to achieve company procurement programs and ensure that the plant has sufficient, timely, quality and best value for money materials services according to the manufacturing / production plan.
开发、管理和协调供应商以满足公司在质量,准时交货和成本控制的目标，按照公司的采购程序确保工厂有充分的、及时的、最好的质量及价格的材料来服务生产/生产计划。


Responsibilities:
Primary:
Sourcing and New Products.
1. Identify, evaluate and recommend new supplier opportunities.Find the good and steady source to meet the cost and production demand of the company。
识别、评估和推荐新供应商，寻找到优秀和稳定的来源以满足公司成本与生产的需求。
2. Support the definition and implementation of a new product sourcing strategy。
协助新产品采购战略的制定和实施
3. Support both local and global NPI engineering teams
支持国内和国际新产品开发的工程团队
4. Professionally communicate with global suppliers and effectively resolve quality or delivery concerns.
与全球供应商专业的沟通，以有效地解决质量或交货问题。
5.Provide component cost analysis.Effective measures to control purchasing costs of materials and increase qualification rate of suppliers' commodity.
提供成本分析,有效控制材料采购成本,提升供应商品质和服务。

Project Management.
1. Identify and minimize risks in the sourcing project and inform management of the risks being taken
识别采购项目的风险并通过管理使风险降到最低.
2. Plan and manage own sourcing activities, in line with the overall
在符合整体的项目计划下，计划和管理好相关的采购活动.
Secondary.
1. Implementation of commercial agreements with local and international vendor.
与本地和国际的供应商签定、实施商业协议/合同。
2. Maintain strong supplier relationship.
维护良好的供应商关系。


Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above， with 3-5 years procurement working experience in foreign company， with international sourcing capability and experience on semiconductor assembly or optics process is prefer.
本科或以上，3至5年外资企业采购工作经验,具有在半导体组装或光学制程领域的国际采购能力和经验者优先。
2. Strong communication skills in both written and oral English
良好的英语口语及书写能力
3. Perfect Ofifce and communication skill
办公软件操作熟练，良好的沟通技巧。
4. Skilled in communication, easy to get along with, with strong sense of responsibility.health,honest.
