Position Overview:
The procurement manager is responsible for driving all aspects of strategic and tactical procurement elements of the business, and plays a critical role in the overall success of the procurement model.

Responsibilities:
Primary(70%)
1.Manage procurement team and purchasing process,interface with suppliers and internal cross functional teams to ensure flawless execution and support company business goals and objectives.
2.Managing the development and implementation of procurement initiatives.
3.Establish and develop strategic sourcing strategy and supplier relationships.
4.Strategic price and contract negotiations.
5.Implementation optimizing material and services selection to maintain lowest cost predictable availability and industry leadership in quality.

Secondary(30%)
Support project team, and ensure good quality procurement service be provided to each project.

Requirements:
Skilled in communication, easy to get along with, with strong sense of responsibility.Health, Honest.

Experience/skills:
1.Bachelor degree or above,over 10 years relevant working experience & over 5 years in procurement management position in high tech, worked in semiconductor industry is plus.
2.Excellent leadership skill.
3.Self driven with strong communication skill and teamwork orientated.
4.Have experience in large project procurement management.
5.Strong communication skills in both written and oral English.
