Position Overview:
Provide technical and production sustaining engineering support of step and repeat mastering/PDMS asting/Litho/Lens replication in Lens Fabrication department.Focus on three main area:Quality improvement/Cost improvement(yield/efficiency/productivity)/Delivery (production product and new project)

Responsibilities:
Primary(70%)
1.Production process on-duty
2.Step and repeat mastering process/Litho process/PDMS casting process/Lens replication process
3.Hold lot engineering issue analysis and release
4.Quality continuous improvement
5.Cost reduction
6.Cycle time improvement:production and NTO
7.Productivity improvement
8.System consolidation/Optimaziation

Seondary(30%)
1.New process tool design and evaluation
2.New process tool concept design
3.New process tool outsourcing and making
4.New process tool test and release to production

Requirements:
Master degree,Mechnical/Material/Chemical/Physics engineering or relative science background
