通过对公司新零售产品的推动跟进，促使产品、系统能不断完善创新，提升内外部客户满意度及客户体验。

1、参与新零售项目的产品规划，确定产品功能、流程，用户体验；

2、与业务、开发、测试的同事协调沟通，保证产品从概念设计、项目上线如期顺利完成；

3、参与验收工作，及时掌握测试结果，跟踪问题的解决，保证产品质量；

4、监控产品运行效果，收集用户反馈，分析用户数据，挖掘并发现用户需求，并针对产品进行持续改进，提高产品的用户体验；

5、关注客户对于产品各项功能的反馈，收集用户对产品及系统功能的问题与意见，整理分析问题，评估意见与问题的改善方案，负责完成各产品系统与客服相关的维护和优化；

6、关注竞品的动态信息，对竞品进行对标分析，保持长期更新竞品分析文档，从中发现自身产品与竞品的优劣势与差异化。

任职要求：

1、大专以上学历，专业不限，1年以上产品需求分析及项目跟进工作经验，重点偏重在产品的经验；

2、熟练使用Axure、Visio、Xmind、word、PowerPoint等需求分析文档编写工具；

3、具有较强沟通协调能力、语言及文字表达能力；

4、工作严谨，善于思考，思维逻辑性较强，具备独立判断和分析能力；

5、具备良好心态，有工作责任心、抗压能力和自我调整能力，有团队协助精神。
