1.负责公司新零售产品的测试工作，对最终交付质量负责；

2.根据产品需求和设计文档，制定测试计划，并分析测试需求、设计测试流程；

3.执行具体测试任务并确认测试结果、缺陷跟踪，完成测试报告以及测试结果分析；

4.在测试各环节与开发、产品、运营等部门沟通保证测试输入和输出的正确性和完备性；

5.完成产品缺陷验证和确认，对于难以重现的缺陷，需要完成可能性原因分析与验证；

6.定期提交产品缺陷统计分析报告并完成产品测试总结报告。

任职要求：

1.统招本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，两年以上测试经验；

2.熟练掌握软件测试理论和方法并能灵活运用；

熟练掌握linux命令、MySQL，有shell编程经验者优先；

3.至少熟悉一门开发或者脚本语言，如python、java等；

4.有强大的自驱能力和快速学习能力，思维理解能力强、思维活跃，沟通顺畅，责任心强；

5.熟知相关的测试流程、测试文档标准和软件工程学原理，保持好奇心，能主动进行技术钻研；

6.有持续集成Jenkins使用经验优先。有平台级产品测试经验优先；

7.有较强的发现问题、分析问题的能力,较强的语言表达能力。
