• Manage the financial planning and budgeting process for eBay Greater China (CN / HK / TW)
• Work closely with BU partners to optimize performance management & resource allocation through an end to end cycle of planned, tracking, review process (of KPI, ROI...), in order to drive incremental revenue growth.
• Provide thought leadership and biz decision support to create shareholder value together with BU partners
• Provide regular analysis / reporting support to BU, and build the right reporting infrastructure - daily / weekly / monthly
• Serve as the primary contact for ad hoc analysis / reporting requirement
• Coordinate the monthly / quarterly accrual process with marketing and accounting team
• Coordinate the OPEX review and management process
• Partner with business unit management to regularly identify and evaluate financial / controlling issues and opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in business / finance / accounting, MBA is plus
• Minimum 8-10 years of related experience in a multinational company
• Familiar with US GAAP, SAP
• Strong computer skills, particularly Excel, database (SQL is plus), Powerpoint
• Good spoken and written communication skill in English
• Multitasking, and resulting driven, detail oriented
• Able to run projects with minimum supervision
• Strong work ethics and be able to handle stress
• Good people skills - effective communication and service attitude
