Main Responsibilities:


? Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional team empowered to execute the Six Sigma strategy.
? Give guidance and support engineers during the Six Sigma implementation at the suppliers.
? Help developing tools necessary for successful Six Sigma deployment.
? Identify potential process improvement projects.
? Constantly seek, share and implement best practices.
? Communicate teams' progress.
? Educate, coach, and mentor others on Six Sigma philosophy and its tools application.
? Create modules for training - Six Sigma and Lean.
? Conduct trainings and assessments.
? Project coaching.

Qualifications:
? Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
? Minimum Bachelor degree in engineering.
? Minimum 5 proven successful project completion.
? Minimum 5 Green Belts trained.
? Excellent project management skills.
? Commercially driven with sound profit awareness.
? A strong leader with the ability to relate to and motivate people at all levels.
? High energy and drive, resilient and results driven.
? Willing to travel on regular bases across China.
? Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal.
