       1. Third party payment checking and communication with department about the problem and correction;

        2. Timely and accurately processing the payment voucher;

        3. Identify/communicate any mismatches in the booking of supplier invoices;

        4. Monthly vendor payment preparing;

        5. AP Document filing monthly base;

        6. Monthly GIT/GRNV accrual;

        7. Monthly expense accrual or amortize;

        8. B/S reconciliation for AP aging, bank, GRNV etc.

        9. Prepare Cashflow forecast for AP function;

        10. Assist month end closing and meet the month end deadlines;

        11. Assist manager in preparing, coordinating and dealing with SOX, internal and external audits;

 12. Other tasks required by Supervisor.
