Job Responsibilities:

  

• Strategic management on process commissioning structure and workflow.

• Driven cross department cooperation in between commissioning/engineering/operation improve project execution efficiency and quality.

• Management process commissioning workload with resource plan.

• Delivery with commissioning resource measures for commissioning catch up and trouble shooting.

• Driven for process commissioning related cost down.

• Develop commissioning know how on Dürr products.

• Maintain process commissioning people and career path development.

• Support R&D for potential products development.

• DSCN process commissioning interface to Dürr globe commissioning network enhance international cooperation.

• Management commissioning resource to support Warranty and PSE projects.

• Complete other work assigned by leader.                     

  

Job Requirements:

  

• Master degree in process engineering or chemical engineering or related fields.

• Working on the field of process commissioning over 5 years with min 2 years leading experience.

• Be proficient in process procedure; be familiar with related laws and regulations.

• Be good at leadership，coordination skill and efficient execution. Good team management ability.

• Excellent English speaking and writing skills to communicate with headquarter and foreign companies.

• Adapt to frequent business trips.
