* Overall manage contractor EHS to ensure they working on site safely and properly

* Evaluate and qualify contractors in EHS perspective

* Review contractor safety proposals

* Deliver EHS training to contractors

* Review and approve working permits

* Manage daily contractor tool-box meeting

* Conduct daily inspection to the contractor working areas to correct unsafe conditions and behaviors

* Conduct near-miss and incident investigation to learn and prevent the reoccurrence

* Support the site 6S program to continuously enhance the site 6S standard

* Coach and promote contractor safety culture to a higher level

* Work with QEHS peers to complete other QEHS management works as assigned if any

任职要求：

* Bachelor Degree and above, preferably safety engineering or related background

* At least 3-5 years working experience with contractor safety management or construction safety

* Has experience or exposure to ISO 45001 or OHSAS 18001

* Good English writing and speaking capability

* Strong communication and training skills

* Familiar with MS Office

* Integrity & team work spirit

* Semiconductor & Electronics industry working experience is a plus
