工作内容

1. 售前客户咨询：

- 收到老客户订单需求后，进行系统查询，确定库存情况

- 整理客户问题，定期反馈库存问题和客户疑问给公司内部人员

- 收集客户运营中本公司产品的一些难题并反馈给部门经理

2. 售中订单处理：

- 订单输入到ERP系统中

- 根据发货情况通知客户付款

- 订单核实后通知仓库进行发货

- 发货后的物流跟踪

3. 售后问题解决：

- 记录售后问题

- 执行售后解决方案

- 回访售后问题解决情况

4. 日常办公室工作， 具体由自己的部门经理分派；

- 参与到公司其他日常工作的执行中

- 认同公司部门负责人的工作安排

应聘条件：

1. 良好的书面英语沟通能力

2. 良好的电脑技能，熟悉office 软件使用

4. 良好的沟通技巧和人际交往能力；

5. 有使用过ERP系统经验的优先

6. 有幽默感和良好的团队合作精神

7. 工作踏实，以结果为导向，并可以承受一定的工作压力

工资和福利：

按个人资历和工作经验 + 社保。

1. Pre-sales client consultation:

- After receiving orders from existing customers, make system inquiry to determine the inventory situation

- Sort out customer problems, regularly report inventory problems and customer questions to internal staff

- Collected feedback and report to the sales

2. Sales order processing:

- Order input into the ERP system

- Arrange shipments

- Inform the customer of the payment according to the delivery situation

- Notify the warehouse to deliver the goods after the order is verified

- Logistics tracking after shipment

3. After-sales problem solving:

- Record after-sales problems

- Implement after-sales solutions

- Visit the after-sales service to solve the problem

4. Daily office work assigned by the department manager;

- Participate in the implementation of other daily work of the company

- Agree with the work arrangement of the department head

Qualifications:

1. Good written English communication skills

2. Good computer skills, familiar with office software

4. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills;

5. Experience in ERP system is preferred

6. Have a sense of humor and good teamwork spirit

7. Practical, result-oriented and able to work under pressure

Salary and benefits:

According to personal seniority and work experience) + social security.
