FAE Job Description –Auto, Sensor, Power

Location: Shanghai

Scope and responsibility:

• Accountable for the product promotion for all product in all responsible market and customer;
• Work with the sales together to be accountable for DIN/DWIN goal, revenue growth and exceed AOP;
• Work with RDM to define and implement the right distributor FAE resource deployment;
• Work with RDM to motivate, manage and train distributor FAE to well-perform and achieve the business objective;
• Responsible for the design pipeline tracking and also secure key DIN/DWIN and its high conversion;
• Continue to enhance technical capability to provide the strongest technical support to the customer;
• Early and deeply engage with the customer to understand the customer need, and clearly and efficiently deliver to BU for new product definition and overall IDT competence improvement;
• Conducts WAR room sessions with Sales and the distributor to maximize IDT contents in all opportunity;
• Build and improve the customer relationship with customer R&D management;
• Contribute on open seminar and key account customer day;
• Mainly support key Auto, Industrial, and Consumer account but could cover more application/segment.

Specific Knowledge/ Skills

• EE graduate with 8+ years in semiconductor as FAE;
• Good chemistry and strong network with leading customer is key segments;
• Strong customer focus skill & strong technical capability;
• Strong technical capability on sensor, power management and other products and system knowledge for Auto;
• Well aware of the needs and trends in the related marketplace and capable in derive differential sales strategies and execution;
• Demonstrate experience in successfully managing demand creation;
• High motivation and competitive drive to succeed in challenging and rapidly changing environments;
• Good record on DIN/DWIN in past experience;
• Teamwork player;
• Sound interpersonal and leadership skill, proactive and highly self-motivated;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin;
• Frequent travel required.
